I’ve got arthritis (I’m 35) and they seriously increase my pain levels, But If you’re like I was, in an established long-term relationship with potatoes, you may find you love sweet potatoes as I do now. They’re not nightshades and now I actually prefer them, as they have so much more flavour. Now if you can find a non-nightshade replacement for tomato’s my life would be complete.
