Beth, it’s so funny (phuh-unny? 😉 ) that you mentioned the pronunciation thing. It’s the one word where I feel like a pretentious jerk when trying to say it correctly. I have *no* idea why. We have pho restaurants all over my city, and I feel like an absolute tool saying the proper names of these restaurants. Where did that come from? So puzzling, lol. Such a beautiful recipe, btw, I loved it! (You’re right on the spices!)
